Orders are processed for delivery on weekdays only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Zeke Skincare ships all orders from New Zealand via New Zealand Post. This extensive delivery network is supported by one of the largest transport fleets in New Zealand. Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Auckland, will result in longer lead times.
Zeke Skincare does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, New Zealand Post will leave a notice for collection card with details of how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, New Zealand Post will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
While we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note shipping times will be longer during peak promotional periods. This includes, but is not limited to Gift With Purchase, AfterPay Day, Cyber Weekend, Click Frenzy and Boxing Day.
To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our fulfilled orders have all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.
We accept orders to P.O Box addresses.
Import DutiesAll prices on our site are displayed or converted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and will be charged in New Zealand Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer.
